Janine Rauscher is the Director, Development Operations for the Melanoma Research Alliance. In this role, Janine is responsible for constituent relationship management and donor communication software, including the establishment of and adherence to standard business processes, data management, and reporting. Janine is also responsible for event management for our signature Leveraged Finance Fights Melanoma event.
Before joining MRA, Janine worked at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she conducted prospect research and managed the Clinical Care and Research Team CRM software. During this time, she transitioned the Grateful Patients Program from spreadsheets into a custom Salesforce instance that allowed the team to easily track and manage donations and donor activity.
Janine graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in theatre management from Roger Williams University.
Outside of the office, Janine is the co-chair for the MoCo Pride Prom, and is the historian (with her husband) for the Clan Bell Society, a Scottish heritage organization. She lives in suburban Maryland with her family.
