Jennifer Schultz

Jennifer Schultz is an educator, author and speaker with a background in digital marketing, event planning and recruiting. After receiving both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, she is actively involved in the community she now calls home. In addition to teaching public speaking at her alma mater, she is the Vice State Lead Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) in Minnesota, and she serves on the Associate Board for Athletes Committed to Educating Students (ACES), a nonprofit whose mission is to empower youth and expand opportunity through engaging, inclusive and accessible learning experiences.

As a four-time melanoma survivor, Jenn is passionate about spreading melanoma awareness, advocating for cancer research and educating her community on prevention and early detection. She recently published her first book about cancer survivorship titled Bravely Becoming and hosts a monthly segment on the Ultraviolet Tide podcast, interviewing other skin cancer patients, survivors and advocates. When she's not advocating or writing, Jenn enjoys time with her friends and family, attending sporting events and finding new coffee shops.
